WHAT SETS CRAFTSMAN HARDWOOD FLOORING APART?
Matt Garcia is a third-generation floor contractor who was trained by his father who was also trained by his father! Matt continues the tradition with his sonS Carter and Sam.The craftsmanship that has been handed down from generation to generation is undeniably some of the best in quality and craftsmanship.Matt also attends hardwood flooring events and takes continuing courses helping him to be on top of new tips techniques.We send our installers to NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) training facilities all over the US. Matt Garcia also personally oversees training with all his installers, ensuring that the craftsmanship that has been handed to him is transferred to all his employees. Our sales staff are trained by NWFA University about different species of hardwood and softwood, moisture issues, grading and underlayment. This helps our staff make sure the products you are buying are products that will not only fit the design of your project, but also make sure it will be the right product for the environment and lifestyle.Our products are from suppliers that only specialize in wood flooring and other wood products. Unlike other floor stores we do not offer other products, so our one focus is on our specialty which is HARDWOOD FLOORING!We educate our clients about the durability of different species of wood and the difference between solid and engineered wood flooring. We make sure that our clients get a product that will not only fit the design of their project but also make sure it will be the right for their lifestyle!
